1) How are rates calculated?

The rates are based on a 24 hour rental day starting with the hour you pick up the vehicle.

2) How old do I have to be to rent a car from A1 Exotics?

The renter must be at least 25 years of age for renting the vehicle.

3) How can i be ensured that i received the best rate available?

4) How do I determine whether or not to accept the various options available at the time of rental?

The best policy is to know the answer before you leave home. Check with your insurance representatives or credit card company to see if your auto policy or credit card agreement covers any damage done to the rental vehicle, damage or injury to other people caused by you, injuries to passengers in your rental vehicle, and theft of personal belongings left in your rental car. Once you know these answers, you can make an informed decision about the options at the time of rental.

5) Aside from the base rate, what other additional charges should I check on?

Additional charges to your daily rental rate may include company imposed surcharges or city and state imposed salik that are in addition to rate or as per the running promotion salik will be included in the rate in addition according to the catogery of the car there are set KM limits and charges.

6) Does A1 Exotics accept debit cards for payment?

As a general rule, a major credit card is required at the time of rental. However, when renting from Dubai only for the payment of the rent we use debit cards and pre-auth will be taken from credit card.

7) I was not stopped by a police officer, so why am I being charged for a ticket?

Some municipalities and RTA(Road Transport Authority) have adopted video radar services, allowing for moving violations to be captured by camera. The owner is identified by the license plate and notified by mail and billed for the infraction. As per the terms of the rental contract, these charges, plus an administrative fee per event, is billed to the credit card on file.
